Aspire HR are based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare providing support to Organisations across multiple industries in managing their day to day HR opportunities and challenges. Michelle has worked as an Associate Director for a HR Consultancy Group for almost 6 years managing and overseeing a number of their key clients HR requirements and ensuring full HR compliance. Prior to that she worked as a Senior HR Generalist for 4 years with a leading Hospitality Company during a time of expansion and change. She holds a BA Degree in Accountancy & HRM , a Diploma in Employment Law and is a TTI Certified Professional Behaviours Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Motivators Analyst CPMA.
We work with clients who aspire to create and maintain an effective HR function within their businesses that is respected by the management team and staff alike. We work alongside our clients and their teams, acting as their HR Business Partners, towards the achievement of their strategic business objectives. Our services can be tailored to suit your needs whether that is an initial department set up and legal review, contracts of employment and a Company Handbook, advice on managing a particular issue, representation at a Rights Commissioner hearing or the full outsourcing of your HR function on both a temporary or ongoing basis. We can work with you on ad-hoc projects or directly onsite a prescribed number of days per week/month as required.
